Massaood the monkey doesn't like living in the city. he is tired of working for his master Mahmood despite the good treatment that the latter reserves for him. He misses his family and longs for his freedom. He wants to return to his natural environment in the cedar forest of the middle atlas, where hunters have kidnapped him and sold him to Mahmood.
